Yes, we offer discounted multi-session packages such as two-session and four-session plans. These are designed to provide more value while supporting consistency in your therapy journey.
What is a clarity call, and who is it for?
A clarity call is a short introductory session (25–30 minutes) priced at ₹499. It’s ideal if you’re new to therapy and want to understand your needs before committing to a full session.
How long is a typical counselling session?
Most individual and couple therapy sessions last between 55–60 minutes. We also offer extended sessions of 90 minutes for deeper exploration when needed.
Do you provide online therapy sessions?
Yes, all sessions are conducted online, making therapy accessible, flexible, and convenient from the comfort of your space.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
You can reschedule or cancel your session free of charge if you inform us at least 3 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be chargeable.
